Shipping Charge, Time, and Delivery Options
Shipping charge and delivery time will depend on the destination and delivery option chosen. Actual shipping is charged based on the shipper rates. To determine the exact shipping charge, add all items to your cart, view your cart, then enter your zip code into the “Calculate Shipping” box. All shipping options and charges will be displayed. There are no handling charges. Destination times and delivery options are listed below. Most orders received by 1 PM Pacific Standard Time for in-stock items will be processed and then shipped the following business day. USPS orders generally require an additional day for shipment. Business days are considered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Due to the weight, additional charges will apply to all Ready-To-Drink products. In addition, there is a $1.85 UPS residential fee added to every order going to a residential address and a $.50 gas fuel fee added to every order. These are UPS fees and charges and we have no choice but to incur them.
Shipment of Out-Of-Stock Items
If an item(s) is out-of-stock, you will be advised and given the following order options:
- Partial shipment (shipping the order in more than one shipment; partial orders will be charged individual shipping costs- since shipping is based on overall weight, this will mean little if any additional shipping costs)
- Holding the order for all items to come into stock
- Change the out-of-stock item to a different flavor, size, or completely different item that our staff may suggest as a comparable item
- Canceling the out-of-stock item(s) and shipping the remainder of the order
- Canceling the entire order
Delivery Methods and Other Related Information
**We do not ship to Canada or Internationally.
Within the Continental USA (48 States)
Allowable Addresses: Street addresses (personal or business address preferred), P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO (AA,AE,AP), Military and general delivery addresses within the continental USA.
Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Delivery, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Saver (there the afternoon of the next day after delivery date), UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day.
All shipments to APO and P.O. Boxes will be shipped within 3 days via USPS and are charged actual shipping costs and a $3.00 processing fee. Even though we ship these orders insured, there is no tracking available. All shipments will be charged a $.90 fee for delivery confirmation. In addition, insurance can be purchased and will be based on actual order dollar amount. In the highly unlikely event that an order is lost or not received, it can take up to 30 days to track the shipment.
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories. If you choose to have your order shipped via USPS, there is an additional $3 mailing fee.
Several attempts will be made to deliver your order before the shipper returns it to us. If there is no one home during the day to accept the order, please have your order shipped to you place of work or another location. A “Ship To” name and address is included on the order form.

Shipping Accuracy and Verification
In addition to having tracking numbers for UPS orders, we have a very sophisticated and accurate shipping process. After the order is received and processed, the items are pulled by one warehouse attendant then verified and packed by another. Also, since all items are pre-weighed in our database, we can see based on the weight of the order if something was missing. However, if we can confirm a discrepancy, it will be resolved quickly. If we can in fact verify that an item was shorted, we will re-ship the item immediately. In the highly unlikely event that an order is lost or not received, it can take up to 30 days to track the shipment.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover Card, and American Express drawn on U.S. banks), personal checks, company checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Payment must be drawn on U.S. banks and in US dollars. We will hold all checks (personal, company, cashier’s) and money orders pending bank verification and clearance prior to shipment of an order. This can take up to 7 business days. We do not ship C.O.D. We do not accept any international credit cards including those drawn on banks located in U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc. We do not accept debit cards. We do accept ATM / Check cards displaying the VISA or Mastercard logo.
Over-Payments
If for any reason you overpaid, you may request a refund via email or fax. We will automatically send you a refund check, minus postage, in the mail, separate from your order.

Rest assured that your shopping with us is 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Software is the standard for secure online transactions. Your personal information is encrypted so that it can not be read during internet transmission. In other words, no one can read your name, address, credit card number, or any other information.
We also offer the option of printing out an Order Form (PDF Version) and faxing it to us at fax number or mailing it to us along with your payment.
Internet Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. When a manufacturer changes their prices, whether lower or higher, we in turn have to change ours. We make no representation that the prices on this website will not change.
Nevada Sales Tax
We charge sales tax only on orders shipped to Nevada addresses. We automatically calculate the sales tax based upon the county and zip code the order is shipped to.
